This is the Cover Art for The Last Hour Podcast , which will appear a bit larger , here, for the currently playing episode . Though each episode could feature a different image, this will probably not happen. Eventually, that's a lot of images.

Q: 2) Play/Pause Button

To PLAY the Selected Episode , PRESS the bright green circle with the black triangle . To PAUSE , just PRESS it, again, while the episode is playing and the green circle shows the two vertical lines . Typical play/pause button and most will recognize it.

This information display shows the Current Episode # that is playing (highlighted in bright green) , the Episode Title , and my name as the Podcast Host . This probably will never show a different Host name , but who knows?

As the Episode Plays , a bright green progress bar will appear at the Left and continue to the Right until the Episode finishes and the Countdown Timer Stops . If you want to locate a different moment in the Episode , then place your cursor (or finger) on the Progress Bar and DRAG it Backward or Forward till you find the audio portion you want to hear. Or DRAG it ALL the way BACK to the LEFT to Start Over .

Q: 5) Selected Episode

The same Episode that is currently playing will also be Highlighted in Bright Green , below, in the main Playlist . If you Click anywhere on another Episode in the Playlist , it will be Selected and Start Playing , immediately , while also becoming Bright Green to show you which Episode is Active .

Q: 6) Episodes Playlist

This is a Toggle Button that CLOSES & OPENS the Main Podcast PLAYLIST . You can collapse the Playlist if you find it distracting. It is Open by Default when you land on any page with an Active Player .

Q: 7) Timer

This is an Episode Timer that, by Default , will always begin in the Countdown mode . CLICK on it, during playback , and it will change to a Count-UP Timer , should you prefer to see it in that mode . Each Episode of The Last Hour Podcast will be just under an Hour in total length . If I can figure out a way to condense an hour into less time , I'll let you know.

This is NOT a FAST BACKWARD Search Arrow . CLICK on this LEFT ARROW and it will Select the Previous Episode in the Podcast Playlist in relation to the Episode that is currently Selected (whether it is, actually, Playing or not) , if there is one available. This functions exactly as if you had Selected the Episode by CLICKING on the full bar within the Playlist , itself.

This is NOT a FAST FORWARD Search Arrow . Just like it's counterpart , CLICK on this RIGHT ARROW and it will Select the NEXT Episode in the Podcast Playlist in relation to the Episode that is currently Selected (whether it is, actually, Playing or not) , if there is one available. This functions exactly as if you had Selected the Episode by CLICKING on the full bar within the Playlist , itself.

This gives a bright green visual reference to the Currently Playing Episode's Volume , which is set to 80% by default (8 out of 10 Bars) when you first Press PLAY , unless you've changed the Volume , here, or via the Volume Controls that appear to the RIGHT of these Vertical Bars . CLICK on any Vertical Bar in the Volume Display and the Level of Audio Volume will Increase or Decrease to that Selected Level , immediately . CLICK all the way DOWN on the LEFT (or First Bar) to MUTE the Audio .

This Numerical Button is a Variable Rate or Speed change that will alter the Playback Speed of the Selected Episode relative to its intended recorded Speed, which is set to Default at x1 for a baseline. There are several increments that Increase & Decrease the Playback Rate, but most are either way too Fast or way too Slow. You decide. Make me sound like Alvin & the Chipmunks on helium, or as painfully slow as cold molasses in December. Of course, if you can't stand my voice that much, then just turn it off and read the transcript, yourself, of Download the transcript and use an AI voice that you prefer.

Each Episode will show the identifying # (meaning the chronological order, by date, in which it was Uploaded to the Playlist), the Episode Title that is pertinent to any specific topic of focus, and my name as the Host of the Podcast. Should I have any Guest Host, their name will appear, here, instead.

Each Episode will have an accompanying Transcript that is available for DOWNLOAD as a PDF (Portable Document Format) that will require you to have an appropriate PDF Reader or Viewer installed on your device, if you want to Open it and read along with the Playing Episode. Or just shut me off and Read the Transcript, yourself, without that annoying voice in your ears. Most people know how to use PDFs, by now, I hope.

Just CLICK on the Cloud & Arrow DOWNLOAD Button, then when your Browser Pops Up a Download Window, choose where you want to SAVE the PDF, or just OPEN it. Your choice. Most modern internet Browsers will be able to Open & Read a PDF.

This will not Download the Transcript to your Device.
