We collect information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of our Services. We may combine information from the information that we collect from these various sources.
- Information We Collect Directly from You. We may collect information about you directly from you. For example, EWN does not ask for or receive donations, at this time. Should that change, in the future, than should you make a donation through our Site, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and payment card information. We will also collect any other information that you provide to us through our Services, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message if you Contact us through our Site.
- Information We Collect Automatically. We automatically collect information about you through your use of our Services, including, without limitation IP address, location, browser type, domain name, the website that led you to our Services, the website to which you go after leaving our Services, the dates and times you access our Services, device ID, and activities within our Services (e.g., links you click, searches you run, etc.). User Content
As of now, EWN does not have nor allow the posting of Content by Users of the Site or Services. Should that change in any capacity, in the future, than this section and/or other sections of guidelines shall become applicable. At that time, EWN might invite you to post content on our Services, including your comments (for now, no comments are allowed), discussions, pictures, and any other information that you would like to be available on our Services (collectively, “User Content”). If and when you post User Content to our Services, such User Content, along with other information, such as your first name, they may be available to all users of our Services. Your User Content may become public and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, the law, or your personal privacy.

EWN does not advertise. Our Service is provided Free of Charge. Should you see or hear ads on or within our Content, anywhere, then some Third Party has stolen, misappropriated, and are intentionally misusing our Content for their own personal gain. Please do not utilize such Third Party providers unless you know they have been given authorization by EWN to use our Content. Some Third-Party Podcast Services may use ads, but EWN does NOT on its own Site or in its own Podcast platform. Truth should be free. The Truth of Jesus Christ shall set you free.
Third-Party Collection
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and applications or integrate with services provided by third parties. Any access to and use of such linked websites, applications, or third-party services is not governed by this Privacy Policy but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Security
We have taken steps to help protect the personal information we collect. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your device and account by, among other things, choosing a robust password (if and when User Accounts are available) that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password private.
Your Choices
Updating or Deleting Personal Information. If and when User Accounts are utilized on EWN, then you will be able to correct or delete the personal information that you provide to us, at that future time, by logging into your account to update your personal information or Contacting us at and describing your request to delete your personal information. Please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes (e.g., in accordance with our record retention policies or to enforce our Terms of Use).
Opting out of Email Communications. We may send periodic informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or Contact us via the contact form on the website. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you non-promotional emails (e.g., about your donations, if and when that should ever be available, though not at this time).
Children
Our Services are not targeted to children under thirteen (13) years of age. While we may collect information about children from parents or others, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal information from our systems.
Users From Outside the United States
The EWN Service is offered in and from West Virginia within the United States and your use of the Services, Content, and this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of West Virginia. If you are using the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. We process data both inside and outside of the United States and have contractual commitments between us and companies transferring personal data for us that require the protection and security of such data. Nevertheless, the data protection and other laws of the State of West Virginia, the United States, and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
